| A1: RUMENFIBE (for dairy cattle) is 2,500 JPY (before tax)/unit and RUMENFIBE B (for beef cattle) is 2,200 JPY (before tax)/unit. |

| Q2: What is difference between RUMENFIBE B (for beef cattle) and RUMENFIBE (for dairy cattle)? | ||||
| A2: The main difference is their durability, depending on the strength of the synthetic polymer materials used. Consequently, the price also differs by 300 JPY. The product for beef cattle provides constant rumen stimulation for approx. three years, and that for dairy cattle acts for approx. 7 or 8 years. |

| Q3: Can I purchase only three units (required per administration)? | ||||
| A3: No. In accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act in Japan, we have specified the minimum sales quantity as one batch (containing 24 units). |

| Q4: Do you supply nose tongs? If so, how much are they? If not, where can I purchase them? | ||||
| A4: We can provide them for 7,000 JPY (before tax) per single pair. |

| A5: A single set costs 10,000 JPY (before tax). |

| A6: The external paper tube measures approx. 14 cm and is approx. 3 cm in diameter. The metal component of the main unit is approx. 10 cm and the brush unit diameter, approx. 11 cm.  |

| A7: No. We have only one size currently on sale. |

| Q8: Does RUMENFIBE have a shelf life? | ||||
| A8: No shelf life is specified, since RUMENFIBE is a medical veterinary product. However, if the external paper tube is humidified, the unit may no longer be usable. NOTE: RUMENFIBE must not be stored in a humid environment. |

| Q10: My efforts to administer the product failed. Can I purchase only paper tubes for retry? | ||||
| A10: Yes. Paper tubes are available at 200 JPY (before tax) per unit. However, the inside unit must be free from damage (such as stainless steel warp or bending due to cow's biting) for retries. NOTE: Even a slight deformation of the metal axis may cause the brush unit to come apart, rendering the product useless. Be sure to observe the inside unit carefully, and avoid using it if there is any defect noted. |
